Are email confirmations accepted as tickets?

Email confirmations are not accepted as tickets. Please bring your ticket with you as this is the only way to gain access to the stadium

Is the event suitable for children?

This event is for people 14+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

How will I find out if the event is cancelled?

Our concerts are only cancelled in extreme circumstances. Every effort is made to proceed with the event, but if there is a need to cancel, customers will be contacted via text message and email.

Where is the stage?

On the pitch (18-yard line), facing the Stan Cullis stand (subject to change).

Where are the standing tickets located? 

Directly in front of the stage.

What time does it start?

Show start time: 7:30pm.

What time do doors open?

General Admission: Gates will open at 6:30pm.

VIP: Entry from 5:30pm.

How long is the show?

100 minutes plus encore with an additional 20-minute interval.

What time will the event end?

The event will end at approximately 10pm.

Do you have large screens?

We will not have screens; every seat has a good and unrestricted view of the stage.

What is the smoking policy?

Molineux is a no-smoking venue, no smoking or vaping will be permitted inside the stadium.

What is the drug policy?

Wolves FC operates a ‘no drugs’ policy. You may be searched and anyone seen to be in possession of drugs or psychoactive substances / so-called ‘legal highs’, risks being ejected from the venue and reported to the police.

On the day, will the concert go ahead if it’s raining?

Concerts will go ahead regardless of weather, except in extreme conditions where the venue is deemed unsafe or unfeasible to hold the event.

We advise all customers to wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event. Unfortunately, we do not permit umbrellas to be taken into the stadium. We recommend bringing a raincoat.

What is the latest I can arrive at the venue?

Doors will close at 8pm, we recommend getting to the event prior to the concert starting.

Is there parking available?

Yes, stadium parking will be available but very limited. We recommend planning ahead or using public transport where possible.

Can I bring a bag?

Bags smaller than A4 size are permitted. Large bags or suitcases will not be allowed. All bags are subject to security checks.

What should I bring?

Please only bring items that are essential to your evening. Our security team will carry out bag searches. The less you bring the quicker it will be for you to enter the stadium.

Dress for the outdoors – bring something warm for later in the evening and bring a waterproof as we do not permit umbrellas in the stadium.

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Outside food and drink are not permitted, except for sealed water bottles or necessary medical items.

Do I need my ID?

The stadium operates under the Challenge 25 policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 you will need to bring ID to purchase any alcoholic drinks.

What shoes should I wear?

Any footwear you can dance in! All areas for footfall will be covered; there will be no standing on the grass.

Will there be food?

General Admission: The Stan Cullis lower concourse will be open. Hot and cold food and drinks will be available purchase.

VIP: Please see your VIP option to understand the food options available to you on the day.

What items cannot be brought into the stadium?

Certain items are not allowed in any part of the stadium for both the audience and the artist’s safety and comfort. It is essential that you check the terms and conditions for the complete list of prohibited items.

Prohibited items include:

  • Trollies
  • Umbrellas and parasols
  • Tables
  • Glass of any kind including bottles and jars
  • Breakable crockery
  • Metal cutlery
  • Aerosols over 250ml

What will happen if I try to bring a prohibited item?

At the entrance to the stadium, all bags will be searched by our security team. You will be asked to take any prohibited item(s) back to your car or to dispose of them.

There is no facility to store prohibited items during the concerts – these must be disposed of.

Are there accessible seating and facilities?

Yes, accessible seating, toilets, and assistance points will be available. Please contact the venue in advance if you require specific support.

Will there be merchandise?

There will not be merchandise sold inside the stadium, but you are more than welcome (and actively encouraged) to bring your own fancy dress outfits!

Can I take photos and videos?

Personal photography is allowed, but professional cameras, tripods, and recording equipment are not permitted.

Is re-entry allowed?

No, once you exit the stadium you will not be able to re-enter.

Cancellations

You can cancel your ticket up to 7 days prior to the date.

Can I get to the venue via public transport?

Yes, Molineux is easily accessible via Public Transport.

What do I do if I feel unwell at the event?

Please speak to a member of stewarding staff, they will be able to help you find the right assistance.

There will be St. Johns Ambulance at the event if there are any medical emergencies.

Safety, crime prevention and safety

The event stadium and surrounding areas are covered by CCTV. We advise against bringing valuables to the event, however, if you choose to do so, please keep them hidden from view where possible.

To ensure the safety of all our customers, we’ll be carrying out bag searches upon entry to the event.
