“We had an absolutely brilliant time! Ben was excellent, unflappable, and managed expectations when needed. Nothing was a problem. The wider team was great too, all had nice demeanour and were professional. I really appreciated that everything was set up ready to go; it was just a case of plugging in and any minor teething issues were quickly smoothed out.
The space itself really worked, it felt spacious enough that it didn’t feel overly crowded but was intimate enough to encourage people to mingle well. Importantly, the AC was set perfectly so no-one over heated in the June weather. From a personal perspective, I enjoyed the food (but I would as I helped pick the menu!). Everything ran like clockwork.”

“We would like to thank Carla Hentsch, Conference and Events Manager and her team at Levy UK at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC for helping our company to organise a huge celebration event at The Molineux stadium.
Our celebration event was a huge success with over 220 people in attendance. Carla’s team were helpful throughout the planning for the event; being available, keeping us on track and double checking with us, all making organisation a lot easier at our end. Lots of changes, including last minute changes to seating, tables, dietary requirements and more were catered for with no stress or fuss.
The Hayward suite where our event was held looked amazing, the tables for dining for 220 still left plenty of room for a dance floor, drinks stations, bar space and most importantly, a great view of the pitch. All staff on duty before, during and after the event were helpful and friendly – bar staff, kitchen and serving staff, reception, venue staff and security. Nothing was too much trouble.
