Museum & Stadium Tours FAQs

See below for a list of our most frequently asked questions.

What times do tours take place?

Tours run as standard on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, except on home match days.

Stadium tour dates and times are dependent on stadium events, and stadium tours might have to be cancelled or rearranged. The stadium tour team will make every effort to inform booked guests of these changes as soon as any changes are made.

How long does the tour take?

The tour is approximately 90 minutes in length. All tour attendees have chance to visit the fantastic Wolves Museum after their tour has concluded.

What does the tour include?

The Molineux Stadium Tour includes the home and away dressing rooms, the tunnel, pitch side, the Media Suite, TV Studio, the Chairman’s Suite, and The Director’s Box, subject to availability.

The stadium is a working area on a day-to-day basis, so areas of the tour may be unavailable at short notice. Our dedicated guides will always endeavour show guests all areas as described.

Every tour starts and finishes at the Wolves Museum/WV1 Entrance. You will be checked in here and receive your souvenir lanyard. Wolves Museum Souvenir Guides can also be purchased from our Museum Reception, prior to or after the tour.

Do I need to book a tour/museum entry in advance?

Booking on the day for standard Molineux Stadium Tours is accepted but we do highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Wolves Museum only entry can also be purchased upon arrival.

VIP Tours and Afternoon Tea Tours must be booked in advance to secure your space. These tours cannot be booked upon arrival.

Is there a tour guide, or is the tour self-guided?

The Molineux Stadium Tours are all guided by one of our brilliant tour guides. Our guides are all hugely passionate about our club, so you will hear personal stories of being a Wolves Fan, as well as the history of the club and the stadium.

How will I receive my tour confirmation/tickets?

Your tour confirmation will be sent to the email address you used for booking, along with a PDF with your tickets attached. Please have this ready to show a member of our team upon arrival.

Tickets and confirmations are accepted on your device. There is no need to print out a paper copy.

If you haven’t received your booking confirmation, please check your junk folder. You can also contact us at museum@wolves.co.uk and we can reissue your tickets upon request.

There are only two areas which steps cannot be avoided, which are the Director’s Box and the Chairmans’ Suite. Wheelchair and Mobility Scooter Users can enter the top layer of the Director’s box, which is designed for disabled users to experience the sights of Molineux.
